Office 365 subscription? LibreOffice? Open Office? Google Docs?

I am a recovering geek. I don't own nor operate any IT services companies right now. However I am buying them.

Having said that, I cannot figure out the business case to use Office 365 over LibreOffice or Open Office or Google Drive.

Personally, I use Google Drive almost exclusively. I pay for more storage, but I like the cross-platform support and collaboration.

Why pay for inferior service?

Thoughts?
