Executives will be responsible for:

Finding Seller-financed performance based earn out deals in specified industries

Getting due diligence to underwriting

Negotiating acquisitions

Evaluating and developing post-acquisition strategic and tactical plans

for starters.

Goal is over 150 more acquisitions this year in $1MM to $10MM annual revenue B2B companies.
