Wells Fargo & Co. has a rich and storied history, but it's grounded in the here and now as one of the first banks to enter the Web 2.0 world in earnes

Recently, I was talking with a banker who wanted to know how to manage privacy and yet still take advantage of social media. I told her that Wells Fargo has hired a Vice President of Social Media. Here is that article and a quote from it:
Wells Fargo & Co. has a rich and storied history, but it's grounded in the here and now as one of the first banks to enter the Web 2.0 world in earnest. | eMarketing & Commerce (eM C):

"In fact, Wells Fargo has had many “firsts” when it comes to Web 2.0: first U.S. bank with a blog; first bank with a blog dedicated to student loan information; first bank with a business banking blog; first bank with its own virtual world; and one of the first banks to have a vice president of social media."
