• Follow-up US Airways: the last flight to IAH was staffed by very kind people who helped with courtesy. It is a shame bad apples spoil it. #
• The 1402 US Airway crew from Charlotte to IAH were kind, friendly and professional. Bad news: all checked bags lost. Shame on US Airways. #
• I am back in Houston from a highly productive trip to DC. Took family. Despite the high costs for EVERYTHING and travel troubles had fun. #
