Google Labs

Google Labs: " Google Notebook
Clip and collect information as you browse the web."

Google Labs

Unless you are a geek or recovering geek, you may not need these. But, why buy office or excel when you have google spreadsheets?
Google Labs: "New! Google Spreadsheets
Create, store and share spreadsheets on the web."

Why manually syncronize all of the options you have on your browser at work with your browser at home? Or if you are like a geek on the several different computers you use daily?
New! Google Extensions for Firefox (Google Browser Sync now available)
Add powerful new tools to your Mozilla Firefox browser

Google now does calendar.google.com, and mail.google.com and spreadsheets.google.com and then what you cannot do on those you can find a tool to add to www.google.com/ig (personalize home page).

Companies are looking at these tools and seeing their office space requirements drop because they can finally allow their workers to office from home half days and flex schedule. Several of my clients are doing this or are seriously looking at it.

Don't be left behind. Stay up on the latest here at Crusaderx!

Scheduling on Google Adwords

Now you can schedule your adwords and by the way set the time zone on your adwords account.  As far as time zone goes, you only have about 5 weeks left to set it for existing accounts.

To set scheduling, go into each and every campaign and edit campaign settings and you will see this towards the bottom:
Ad scheduling:
New!
Off. Ads running at all times.
Turn on ad scheduling [?]
Then, click the "Turn on ad scheduling" link (not the question mark unless you want to know more about it).
Next, bulk edit weekdays to the start time and stop time you want.
And, pause individual days you want to pause (like Fridays).

Remember to do that in each and every ad you want scheduling to apply to.

To your success!

Inside AdWords: Six weeks to set your time zone

Inside AdWords: Six weeks to set your time zone: "Six weeks to set your time zone

Last night we released AdWords local time zone support to all advertisers. Now you can set the time zone that you prefer for your account. Doing so will enable your ad serving, reporting, and billing to be calculated and managed according to the time zone of your choice."

If you use adwords, then you will want to subscribe to adwords.blogspot.com by Google's adwords team so that you can keep up with their latest. But, be careful and ask a veteran about any changes you consider based on that information as it is meant to make Google money...

To your Success!

How To Swing With Guerrilla Marketing - Forbes.com

How To Swing With Guerrilla Marketing - Forbes.com: "Instead, try guerrilla marketing--the artful use of imagination mixed with hard work--to reach a highly targeted audience. Executed well, such shrewd tactics can achieve big results, says Jay Conrad Levinson, author of Guerrilla Marketing: Secrets For Making Big Profits From Your Small Business, and a 12-year veteran of major ad agencies, including J. Walter Thompson and Leo Burnett.
Click here for ten effective guerrilla marketing tactics.

Guerrilla marketing is all about efficiency, but that doesn't always mean spending less. Companies tend to allocate about 4% of sales on marketing, although some crafty guerrilla marketers may go as high as 8%, Levinson estimates."

There are some very good ideas used by fifth avenue types here. We could really learn from these.

Thanks for your patience. I was driving to and from Colorado this last week for my brother's wedding. I ended up officiating the wedding as his minister friend couldn't come.

We loved the hot springs in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. I would love to put together a tour from Dallas to Pagosa Springs and show anyone who wants to go this well kept secret.
